About the role:

  • Drive successful delivery and execution of projects within your teams.
  • Manage end-to-end technical planning and orchestrate collaboration between stakeholders.

What you’ll get to do:

  • Own end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams within your product area.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to refine the backlog.
  • Plan and drive sprint execution with clearly defined goals.

To succeed in this role:

  • Have 8-10 years of experience as a Software Developer or similar role.
  • Possess 5+ years building production systems using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Bring minimum 3 years of proven engineering leadership experience.
