Responsibilities:

  • Resolve high-level consumer issues and advise first-level representatives using decision-making and innovation within company guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Must be located in Florida, Mississippi, or Texas and eligible to obtain a state Insurance License without prior licensure.

  • Proficiency with Windows-based systems, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure with a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Remote position requiring a clean workspace and reliable internet with minimum 15 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.
