As a Rhythm SDR, youβll research ideal-fit associations, craft multichannel outreach, and spark first conversations that become sales-qualified opportunities. You will work a focused ICP list, segment prospects by persona, pain, and trigger events to maximize relevance. You will run multichannel cadences, position Rhythmβs value, partner with the BDR Manager to refine tactics, share wins and lessons with the team, qualify every conversation, book and hand off intro calls to Account Executives, and continuously refine data.
The company is seeking someone with 1-3 years in sales development or a metric-based customer role who can write clear, concise outreach and speak confidently on video or phone, love researching organizations and finding creative βhooksβ that earn a response, thrive on goals, feedback, and a scoreboard, and care about mission-driven organizations.
