Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and steward network-wide growth strategy, criteria, and readiness frameworks to determine expansion locations.
- Partner with Chief-level leaders to make consequential organization-wide decisions and provide strategic counsel to executive leadership.
Regional Leadership & Accountability:
- Manage partnerships with regions pursuing growth, providing analytical support and project management.
- Establish progress-monitoring systems, identify cross-regional patterns, and serve as an escalation point for growth-related matters.
People & Development:
- Lead, develop, and manage the performance of the Senior Director of Growth to drive regional partnerships and analysis.
- Build a culture of accountability and learning, and represent the Growth function in executive forums and board updates.
Work Conditions & Qualifications:
- Requires high travel (40-60 days per year) and 12+ years of progressive experience in strategy and growth leadership.
- Must have proven track record in managing people managers, setting functional vision, and translating strategy into accountable execution.
