Strategic & Tactical Support:
- Remove friction and blockers to any transactions via intercom.
- Manage all queues & action areas within the financial portal.
- Provide consultative service to transaction partners.
Capital Markets Operations:
- Be the primary driver of Capital Markets Operations infrastructure.
- Maintain datasets on frontline support activity.
- Surface platform improvements to attack common problems observed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer, tech, or sales support role
- Knowledge of solar, HVAC, or geothermal industries preferred
- Servant leadership and emotional intelligence
