About the Role:

  • Support technicians and ensure installations are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Full-time role that reports to the Client Support Manager.
  • Can be fully remote or based out of our Jupiter, FL office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Have phone conversations with prospective and current customers to answer questions.
  • Support technicians by ensuring jobs are properly scheduled and customer information is accurate.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service.

We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have:

  • Prior experience working for an HVAC company (preferred)
  • Experience with ServiceTitan (a plus)
  • Strong customer service skills
