About the Role:
- Support technicians and ensure installations are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Full-time role that reports to the Client Support Manager.
- Can be fully remote or based out of our Jupiter, FL office.
What You’ll Do:
- Have phone conversations with prospective and current customers to answer questions.
- Support technicians by ensuring jobs are properly scheduled and customer information is accurate.
- Deliver a high level of customer service.
We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have:
- Prior experience working for an HVAC company (preferred)
- Experience with ServiceTitan (a plus)
- Strong customer service skills
