YOU WILL:
- Manage a portfolio of 30+ commercial and enterprise customer accounts, focusing on ensuring their success with our products.
- Serve as the main point of contact, building strong relationships and understanding customer needs.
- Drive product adoption and ensure customers leverage our products effectively.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- 2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
