Role Description:

- Drive account retention and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive renewals and identify opportunities to upsell and expand existing accounts
- Proactively uncover opportunities to deliver additional value, drive client satisfaction, and support business growth
- Represent Reachdesk with confidence and professionalism in high-level discussions and contract negotiations with senior decision-makers
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, and/or customer success
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow executive-level relationships
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
