Responsibilities:

  • Provide multi-channel support by managing phone calls, tickets, chat, and social media interactions.
  • Deliver accurate and timely assistance to resolve inquiries, complaints, and return/refund requests while following company procedures and policies.
  • Build strong customer relationships through clear, empathetic, and proactive communication.

Required Qualifications:

  • Customer Service experience
  • Ideal if they have knowledge of Zoho, Aircall, Shopify and Google environment
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting Customers
  • Familiarity with remote work collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, Google Meet, Zoom)
