Responsibilities:
- Provide multi-channel support by managing phone calls, tickets, chat, and social media interactions.
- Deliver accurate and timely assistance to resolve inquiries, complaints, and return/refund requests while following company procedures and policies.
- Build strong customer relationships through clear, empathetic, and proactive communication.
Required Qualifications:
- Customer Service experience
- Ideal if they have knowledge of Zoho, Aircall, Shopify and Google environment
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting Customers
- Familiarity with remote work collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, Google Meet, Zoom)
