Job Description
The Distributor Partner Manager is responsible for developing and implementing market access strategies to grow market share through distribution. You will create business strategies to grow overall sales and market share through distribution. You will coordinate activities and resource use within the sales organization. Coaching distributor to evolve their value-added services business and increasing Annual Recurring Revenue is expected. You will implement and measure all Rockwell Automation market access commercial programs, manage the development of assigned distributors and their performance. You will also help implement new product launches and promotional programs, coach distributor personnel and evaluate their competency in the support of Rockwell Automation products and services.
