Job Description
The Manager will directly oversee the quality, efficiency, and compliance of patient support functions, including team leadership, quality oversight, clinical operations, and patient journey management. They will manage and develop Patient Care Coordinators and Leads, provide coaching, training, and performance feedback. The role involves ensuring high-quality interactions for patients by performing regular quality reviews, partnering with Product and Learning and Development teams to create relevant training material, and completing performance evaluations. The Manager will oversee daily operations, implement process improvement initiatives, monitor KPIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure accurate information on membership status and program details. They will also support data collection for tracking clinical performance and contribute to special projects.
