Senior People Operations Manager

LucidLink is seeking a Senior People Operations Manager to design, implement, and optimize scalable systems and processes that support our global workforce. This role involves owning onboarding/offboarding, immigration/mobility, HR inquiries, and benefits renewals and increasing self-service adoption through a ticketing system. The role also involves selecting and implementing stage-appropriate tools in our People tech stack, such as HRIS, payroll, performance, and compensation tools. You'll oversee global payroll, renew contracts, manage benefits, ensure compliance with labor laws, and improve people analytics capabilities. You are expected to be located in the US Eastern Time zone.
