Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively to grow business across all key market segments and product lines, building advocacy for the full portfolio.
  • Develop new client relationships and grow existing ones with key end users and A&D firms to increase specifications.
  • Learn and leverage the company's sales processes, product offerings, value propositions, and pricing strategies.

Market & Project Focus:

  • Focus on key segments including corporate, education, multi-family, healthcare, and government within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and capitalize on project opportunities using influence from A&D firms, end users, and dealer contacts.
  • Collaborate with regional teammates to identify and close cross-selling opportunities and lead negotiations.

Administration & Environment:

  • Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and manage expenses within budget using company tools.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage business activities and enhance operational efficiency.
  • The role involves fieldwork with clients, frequent lifting up to 40 lbs, and some travel primarily within the territory.
