Market Development Manager - Missouri

A seasoned people leader is needed to champion regional growth as a Market Development Manager (Sales Leader) in Missouri. This role involves building and leading a field sales team, forging high-impact dealership partnerships, and playing a key role in accelerating Lendbuzz’s market growth strategy.  You will own territory expansion strategy by identifying sub-markets and growth channels. You will Develop and Coach Talent and build a performance-driven culture. Also you will serve as a senior relationship builder for key dealership partners, providing consultative support and reinforcing a high-touch, service-first experience. You will translate field insights into strategy to shape competitive positioning, and collaborate with underwriting, credit, and internal sales to ensure a unified dealership experience.
