Director - Business Development - Anesthesia On Call

Responsibilities:

• Developing new client agreements and job orders.
• Prospecting via phone, text, email & social media.
• Collaborating with AOC account management and recruitment peers to develop new sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of prior relevant experience required in healthcare staffing sales.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding annual sales targets.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate our value proposition.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage hundreds of accounts and contacts.
• Experience and success with cold calling/prospecting.
