Job Description
As a Customer Success Associate, you will:
- Guide new customers through onboarding and develop training programs tailored to different customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key accounts and conduct regular check-ins to assess customer satisfaction.
- Provide prompt and efficient customer support, troubleshoot issues, and educate customers on the features of the API service.
- Focus on strategies to reduce customer churn through proactive engagement and lead efforts for contract renewals.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify revenue expansion opportunities and advocate for customer needs within the company.
