Primary Function:
- Manage and direct the clinical utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.
- Manage installations, training, and utilization growth.
- Hiring, training, and development of Clinical Sales team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical sales activities to achieve goals.
- Expand clinical usage in existing accounts and by training new surgeons.
- Manage training and education process within installed base.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years sales experience including 5 or more years in medical device sales.
- Strong background in clinical sales and business acumen.
- Proven experience in developing, coaching, and training a sales role.
