Job Description
As part of our Culture & People Experience (CPE) team, the Business Partner is responsible for building strong collaborative relationships and being a trusted partner to help to shape our culture, support our business strategies, and identify and develop the talent necessary to deliver results. They will develop, guide, and manage the delivery of Human Resources services, policies, and programs in Brazil. This person will act as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit by proactively supporting the delivery of end to end HR Processes for employees and managers with our growing workforce in Brazil. They will also oversee and ensure compliance with Brazilian labor, social security, and data protection (LGPD) requirements and Coordinate with external payroll, accounting, and legal providers to ensure accurate filings and timely reporting.
