This Customer Success Manager position is a critical role on DroneDeploy’s Go-To-Market team, serving as the primary relationship owner and builder with key enterprise customers in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry. Customer Success Managers are reality capture subject matter and product experts, trusted advisors, and customer advocates. The role reports to the Director of Customer Success and works closely to define and deliver value to customer partners.
The ideal candidate loves developing open and honest relationships and ensuring DroneDeploy’s solutions positively impact customers' projects and businesses, leading to increased adoption and engagement. Responsibilities include post-sale enablement, driving platform adoption, increasing usage, and ensuring high retention and account growth.
