Impact and Responsibilities:
- Introduce new dental care and oral hygiene products to relevant customers and prospects.
- Drive Solventum sales to assigned distribution in managed territories.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships by understanding business models to influence growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years in sales/dental industry OR high school diploma and 7 years experience.
- Preferred: outside/inside sales experience, account management, Salesforce.com familiarity.
- Skills include solution selling, listening, gaining commitment, and teamwork.
Work Details:
- Work location is remote with up to 5% domestic/international travel.
- No relocation assistance; must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Compensation includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, eligible for a range of benefits.
