What You'll Do:
- Support Day-to-Day HR Operations: You'll be an important part of keeping our People processes running smoothly — from maintaining employee records and preparing documents to supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Own HR Administration Tasks: Draft employment documents, help manage personnel files, and ensure our data in Workday is always accurate and up to date.
- Contribute to Process Improvements: We're always looking to do things better.
What We're Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field — and able to work 20 hours per week alongside your studies.
- Fluent in both English and German: You're confident in reading and writing in both English and German, especially when it comes to formal documents and correspondence.
- Organised and reliable: You take ownership of your tasks, pay attention to detail, and follow through.
