Job Description
The role involves driving business growth through product demonstrations and presentations, collaborating with Account Executives to achieve this. It also includes planning and executing Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Value (POV) projects to demonstrate product capabilities and business ROI.
Key responsibilities include building lasting customer relationships to ensure success, facilitate smooth onboarding, and cultivate Zscaler product champions. Acting as the voice of the customer by channeling insights to the development team to shape the product roadmap and feature scoping is key.
Maintaining expert-level knowledge of Zscaler offerings, developing business value propositions, and monitoring competitor products also contribute to the responsibilities. The role requires proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, knowledge in AI, cybersecurity, or data science, and excellent communication skills.
