Responsible for driving revenue growth, managing, leading and coaching a global sales team and channel partners, and shaping strategic initiatives to strengthen market position. Analyze sales metrics to drive continuous improvement, preparing sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings globally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical software sales and international market development. Strong software or engineering tools knowledge is highly desirable. This role requires leading international sales teams & channel partners, with excellent communication and planning skills. Travel is required.
