Primary Function:
- Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all Intuitive products in your designated area.
- Ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are met and customer expectations exceeded.
Essential Duties:
- Perform scheduled maintenance, system inspections, software updates, and upgrades.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and Intuitive employees.
- Complete administrative tasks, manage spare parts inventory, and travel up to 75%.
Qualifications:
- Ability to troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems and work collaboratively.
- Strong time management, communication skills, and willingness to travel.
- Reside within 30 miles of assigned territory and obtain Vendor Credentialing.
