Clinical Assistant

Role Overview:

• We are hiring a Clinical Assistant, based in Portugal, motivated by delivering the best onboarding experience to our patients.
• You will manage patient referrals and requests and provide admin support with billing.
• AI fluency is a core expectation at Sword.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end processing of patient referrals and inbound requests, ensuring timely triage and follow-up.
• Respond to patient requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide administrative assistance with billing workflows and improve workflows by leveraging AI.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience in administrative roles.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
