Field Marketing Strategy & Leadership:

  • Build a scalable field marketing framework, aligning regional programs to corporate demand generation and pipeline goals.
  • Define and standardize “program in a box” templates for repeatable execution, including playbooks, audience targeting models, messaging frameworks, and follow-up processes.
  • Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to identify high-priority accounts and locations, and translate GTM priorities into field activation plans.

Executive & Hospitality Programs:

  • Evolve sports marketing activations (e.g., NHL and NBA partnerships) into repeatable VIP experiences across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, designed to strengthen executive relationships and customer retention.
  • Define and execute a marketing-led strategy for attendee acquisition and engagement across all executive hospitality events.
  • Develop pre-, during-, and post-event engagement strategies that convert attendance into pipeline, including creative follow-up activations and meeting conversion tactics.

Measurement, Reporting & Optimization:

  • Define KPIs that link every field activation to pipeline impact, including influenced revenue, opportunity acceleration, and ROI.
  • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that track performance across program types, regions, and personas.
  • Analyze outcomes, surface insights, and continuously optimize tactics, budgets, and partner strategies.
