Core Functions:
- Support the mid-market, enterprise, and eCommerce sales teams.
- Participate in technical demos and presentations.
- Assist in planning and implementing Proof of Concept efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support during sales engagements.
- Assist with sales proposals, RFPs, and RFIs.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to Product Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Exposure to scripting languages and cloud platforms
