Now looking for a Senior Support Engineering in North America to continue to make sure that all of our users (from enterprise customers to community members) have a best in class support experience. You will get a chance to set standard for delighting our customers and develop a deep knowledge of the low code & AI landscape while being part of building a best in class support team. Responsibilities include providing technical support to users, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, collaborating with the engineering team, creating and maintaining documentation, identifying common issues, and contributing to the community. Requirements include 5+ years of experience in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role, strong understanding of workflow automation, APIs, networking concepts, JavaScript, Node.js, and Docker, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
