Responsibilities include hiring, training, and onboarding new SDRs, ensuring effective ramp-up. Consistent coaching and feedback on script delivery and sales techniques will be provided, along with development plans for underperforming SDRs. Quality assurance involves spot-checking SDR calls for performance, compliance, and messaging accuracy. Act as the day-to-day escalation point for SDRs, monitor team alignment, morale, and productivity.
