Responsibilities:
- Optimize user growth and marketing strategies across Binance's global ecosystem.
- Lead full-funnel user journey analysis from acquisition to activation, conversion, and retention.
- Drive multi-channel user acquisition including KOLs, paid ads, SEO, referrals, and communities.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in user growth, performance, or digital marketing with global market experience.
- Strong data mindset, familiar with growth tools and KPIs; Web3/fintech background preferred.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
