Application Enablement Analyst

The Application Enablement Analyst will act as a designated subject matter expert for multiple Arcadia products, serving as a key liaison between the Product and Customer Management teams. They will engage directly with clients and serve as a strategic advisor throughout product implementations. The analyst will advise on optimal workflows and configurations based on client priorities and processes, balancing multiple product implementations simultaneously. Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining product implementation documentation, driving UI and SQL-based configurations, supporting client rollout strategy, and assisting with basic issue troubleshooting. The analyst will also support SDLC activities, partner with engineering leads, and contribute to redesigning Arcadia’s approach to product implementations. Understanding Arcadia’s clinical and claims data ecosystem and how it improves patient outcomes is crucial in this role.
