Key Responsibilities:

  • Support during property walkthroughs, documenting observations, tasks, and required follow-ups in real time.
  • Maintain a clear and organized system to track priorities, deadlines, and outstanding items.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Proven ability to act as a highly organized task manager, handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent note-taking skills — able to translate conversations into clear, actionable tasks.
