Key Responsibilities:
- Attend all meetings alongside the executive, acting as a real-time note-taker and capturing clear action items, deadlines, and responsibilities.
- Support during property walkthroughs, documenting observations, tasks, and required follow-ups in real time.
- Maintain a clear and organized system to track priorities, deadlines, and outstanding items.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
- Proven ability to act as a highly organized task manager, handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent note-taking skills — able to translate conversations into clear, actionable tasks.
