Job Description

We're looking for a bilingual Account Executive who knows how to navigate complex sales cycles and thrives in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working across industries, partnering with major players like ADP and Workday, and closing deals that actually make an impact for HR and finance teams. This role involves owning your pipeline, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving real value in the Canadian market by managing complex sales from prospecting through to close, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services. Responsibilities include driving net-new revenue through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification, leveraging ZayZoon’s partner ecosystem, deeply qualifying and managing complex buying committees, delivering bilingual (English/French) communication and presentations, and maintaining accurate CRM hygiene. The role also requires contributing to team-wide learnings and playbooks and sharing winning strategies. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an Account Executive role is required.
