Primary Function:
- Drive accelerated growth in Urology and Gynecology in key strategic markets.
- Partner with local sales leadership to assess opportunity and select critically strategic accounts.
Essential Job Duties:
- Accelerate URO/GYN growth rates by training net new gynecologists and urologists.
- Establish regional case observation sites and epicenters, and build robust QTI data.
- Serve as market intelligence liaison and partner with academic marketing and sales for education.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
- Bachelor's degree required; Urology or Gyn experience preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as needed.
