- Own software implementations from kickoff to launch, managing timelines and deliverables.
- Run client calls and coordinate teams for on-time, high-quality launches.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in implementation/technical support; strong problem-solving and communication.
- Basic HTML/CSS, API familiarity, CRM and ticketing experience.
