Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer retention and growth by building trusted executive relationships and identifying strategic opportunities.
  • Lead strategic discussions and executive business reviews, translating complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Own the planning and execution of high-impact customer onsite visits to deepen trust and accelerate adoption.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Requires 5 years of Customer Success Manager experience in healthcare software supporting large health systems.
  • Must have a deep understanding of healthcare operations, EMRs/EHRs, and key outcome metrics like HCAHPS.
  • Must be proficient with Salesforce, Churnzero, Looker, and AI tools to analyze data and track customer engagement.
