They will lead the sales team in promoting our suite of services, including credit data access, borrower due diligence tools, and secondary market portfolio solutions. Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers in mortgage, real estate investment, and financial services firms is crucial, as well as overseeing the full sales cycle. The Sales Manager will implement and manage CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and maintain accurate records. Coaching and mentoring sales team members to achieve individual and team performance goals is also very vital.
