Job Description

Zapier is seeking a Sr. Business Development Manager to build and manage relationships with strategic partners, positioning Zapier as their automation partner. The role involves identifying, structuring, and closing high-impact partnership opportunities that drive mutual growth and create differentiated product experiences. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing teams is essential for designing and launching new integrations and distribution models.

Responsibilities include negotiating and documenting partnership agreements, developing and executing joint go-to-market plans, and tracking partnership performance using data to inform strategy. The position requires in-person meetings with strategic partners in the San Francisco Bay area at least quarterly and also includes attending team summits.
