Werkstudent – Customer Success Management Marketplace (m/v/d)

As a Werkstudent Customer Success Management, you will support the Belgian Marketplace team in managing and expanding relationships with our sellers. This role involves supporting marketplace sellers, helping them succeed on the platform. Your tasks include handling questions from marketplace sellers, improving their performance using data and insights, and ensuring correct product listings by collaborating with different teams. You will also contribute to projects focused on automating and scaling internal processes.
