Build, deploy and maintain SaaS environment, including infrastructure and application stack on public cloud.
Perform periodic maintenance using rolling updates and patch management for both infra and applications.
Support BAU by resolving environmental issues and fixing root causes.

Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Azure, specifically AKS, Azure Networking, and Azure Security services.
Proven experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
Strong Kubernetes and Docker administration skills.

Operational Support:

Provide roster-based support and actively communicate with stakeholders for changes.
Support disaster recovery processes and production incident management.
Own RCA, AKS upgrades, patch management, and customer-facing troubleshooting.
