Job Description
Partner with our SVP, Enterprise Sales to develop a plan of action to win new logos and exceed the team's assigned quota. Manage, motivate, and grow a team of Account Executives. Hold the sales team accountable for achieving their quota and activity expectations, utilizing strategic coaching to address performance issues as needed. Establish and lead a team culture that promotes engagement, performance, teamwork, accountability, and success. Establish territory-specific plans of action through one-on-one sessions with sellers. Work collaboratively with other sales and functional leaders to ensure effective and efficient account management, complying with client expectations.
