Team Leadership:
- Set department strategy, vision, and culture for the Collaborative Assistance Team (CAT).
- Hire, train, supervise, mentor, and develop team members.
- Foster a high-performing, inclusive culture by ensuring equitable practices.
Risk Management:
- Proactively identify, assess, and escalate operational risks to the CEO, General Counsel, and Leadership Team.
- Design and implement proportionate systems and controls that support effective, compliant execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional risk mitigation strategies and processes.
Financial Oversight:
- Lead the organization's budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Ensure alignment between strategy and resource allocation.
- Oversee financial performance in partnership with the Finance team.
