National Director, US Government Account Management (Remote)

Account Management:

• Manage and oversee relationships with the largest Federal and State accounts and payers.
• Focus on customer acquisition, contracting, retention, and pull-through.
• Develop and execute strategic plans tailored to government channels.

Leadership & Strategy:

• Lead market access portfolio success for government channels.
• Provide coaching and strategic direction for the Director of Federal Contracting and other leaders.
• Collaborate with various teams to develop cohesive strategies.

Analytics and Improvement:

• Oversee government contracting support from MABI and other analytics teams.
• Shape data-driven decisions and refine account management tools.
• Identify best practices and recommend process enhancements.
