About the role:
- Define and scale the AI-Native Product-Led Motion across ServiceNow's AI-native ITSM portfolio.
- Own the customer journey from first AI interaction through activation, adoption, expansion, and enterprise-scale value realization.
Key responsibilities:
- Build data-driven growth engines with product telemetry, usage intelligence, and experimentation frameworks.
- Partner with feature teams to embed telemetry, discoverability, and activation from day one.
- Develop Product Qualified Lead models and product-to-sales engagement motions.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS or AI products.
- Proven experience with Product-Led Growth or Product-Led Sales strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to define KPIs and drive data-informed product decisions.
