About the Role:
- Sit at the intersection of curriculum delivery and learner support.
- Keep testing operations running smoothly and surface issues proactively.
- Ensure fair, timely, and well-supported assessment experiences for learners.
What You'll Do:
- Manage HESI testing operations and support learner accommodations.
- Monitor Honorlock exam violations and communicate flagged concerns.
- Categorize and route course concerns, test SOPs, and respond to learner inquiries.
