Job Description
The Account Manager will manage client accounts with leading health plans and providers across the country.
Client Relationship Management:
- Manage a portfolio of health plan and provider partners, serving as the main point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders, providing excellent customer service, and serving as a thought partner.
- Coordinate regular meetings and presentations with cross-functional customer teams to track progress and communicate the outcomes.
Program Implementation:
- Lead program implementations, from receiving data to presenting program outcomes, ensuring milestones are achieved efficiently.
- Analyze, design, and present program outcomes to healthcare executives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive initiatives forward and deliver optimal value to partners.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with customer stakeholders representing different departments such as Quality, Pharmacy, and Data/IT.
- Collaborate with customer success and product leaders to enhance platform features.
- Support sales and marketing to deliver impactful messages and commercial growth.
