Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners focused on Sales hiring, accountable to ~100-150 hires per year. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the Sales organization, bringing forward thoughtful and creative solutions to challenges. Analyze and report on recruiting KPIs to drive a culture of iterative process improvement. Work cross functionally with People Business Partners, Total Rewards, People Analytics and Revenue leadership teams to deliver exceptional results. Bringing curiosity and creativity to solve hiring challenges and continuously iterate on how we attract and assess top talent.
