The National Account Manager will maintain the primary relationship with strategic customer decision makers and grow the companyβs national account client base. This role involves delivering a growth business plan, including product and service sales, customer marketing, account pricing, and product development. They will also expand account penetration with SAT product and services, implement growth strategies, and drive incremental revenue through IoT and RMR models. The Manager is responsible for implementing the SAT National Accounts plan, sales performance, and customer satisfaction levels. They will provide sales expertise, penetrate customer markets, formulate objectives, and coordinate key strategies with various teams.
