What You'll Do:
- Perform troubleshooting and proactive maintenance on server equipment in the data center.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve hardware issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for hardware configurations and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT with a focus on hardware support.
- Strong understanding of server architecture and PC hardware components.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix, networking concepts, and GPU cluster troubleshooting.
