Relationship Building:
- Build and strengthen relationships with physicians and clinical leaders.
- Prospect and convert new medical practices into referral partners.
- Manage and grow a book of existing accounts to increase referral volume.
Strategic Execution:
- Execute strategic territory plans to hit referral growth targets.
- Lead in-office visits and presentations.
- Establish workflows and troubleshoot barriers to ensure smooth referral processes.
Account Management:
- Maintain accurate account activity in CRM.
- Represent Talkiatry at industry events.
- Be a trusted partner to providers.
